This is a cost effective solution for those who feel confident enough to to carry out some changes and tweaks to existing decor, but would like some guidance on what to do. Walking through the property together (interior and exterior) we will identify the strengths of your home and the areas that need improvement and / or repair. All spaces will be evaluated from a BUYER'S perspective, so any advice provided is purely to help maximise the perceived value of your property. We take into consideration all your existing furniture, artwork and accessories and provide advice on decluttering, re-working the layout (if required), accessory placement, and soft furnishings.

This is an on-site consultation followed by a detailed personalised report and is perfect for those who would like to implement styling themselves, but need ideas on design, layout and where such items can be purchased from. The report is the result of a full property audit and comes complete with suggestions on what to remove and add for each space, placement of items as well as example images and list of recommended retailers for each item. Where there are recommendations for work to be carried out such as painting, carpentry, landscaping etc, we also provide a list of local qualified and licensed tradesman for you to contact.

Partial styling is a cost effective way to receive a bespoke professional styling service without the need for off-site storage of ALL your furniture, or the need to move out whilst your home is on the market. It's amazing how such a transformation can be made by simply rearranging furniture to improve flow and feeling in a space, along with the addition of complementing artwork and accessories. Costs for partial styling vary depending on what items are hired however, they generally range from $700-$900 for a four week hire period. The service consists of a full on-site audit, plus the careful selection and installation of soft furnishings, art and accessories, logistics and insurance.

Full styling is the complete package and certainly has the most impact. It's where Flourish Property Styling provides ALL furnishings and accessories for the entire property. This service is perfect for properties that are empty such as new builds, or where owners / tenants have moved out. Properties that are sold empty can appear 'emotionless' and buyers inspecting may not have the ability to invisage layout of furniture in a space. Through full styling we give your home 'life' by creating warm and welcoming spaces and thus ensuring that first impression is a magnificent one. Costs for full styling vary depending on what items are hired however, they do consist of a full on-site audit, as well as the careful selection and installation of ALL furniture, art and accessories, plus logistics and insurance.

This is a 'mini hire' service where we partially style the property using our soft furnishings, artificial greenery and artwork (when necessary) purely for real estate photography. We come in a few hours before the photographer, carry out the partial styling, then after the photo shoot, take everything away - it's that simple! This one day hire service is an extremely cost effective way to ensure your property is presented well in all marketing collateral including brochures, letterbox drops, window display and Internet listing. Costs for mini hire vary slightly depending on what items are hired and the timeframe required for styling the however, they are generally around $500. This consists of an onsite consultation, hire of soft furnishings and accessories, stylist to select, install and pack up of all hired items, logistics and insurance.
